Post-Implementation Customer Support
We don’t like it when things don’t work as intended. We are committed to helping our clients resolve any issues as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
We provide remote diagnostics to all clients at no extra cost.
For solar clients: Email us screenshots from the SCC and/or BMS apps and tell us what’s going on. In many cases, we can walk you through a few troubleshooting steps and address the issues.
For internet/camera clients: Email us a brief description of the problem and screenshots from relevant apps, and we’ll take it from there.
On-site diagnostics and repair
For clients who have passed the 30-day labor-only warranty, we charge a nominal fee ($125 for Caliente, $200 for Tehachapi and Bodfish) to cover travel* and on-site diagnostics.
If we identify faults related to the original implementation, we will not charge for labor to fix the issue.
If the issues occur post-implementation (e.g., rodents chew through wires, blown fuse, user errors, poor operating conditions) or are not unrelated to Justplug-implemented equipment, we'll bill at an hourly rate plus material costs.
In the event of Justplug-implemented equipment failure, we will interface with the vendor and help you switch out the replacement at a discounted hourly rate. The client is responsible for the costs of the replacement equipment.
* An additional “severe terrain” fee may apply for properties that require extensive travel on steep, poorly maintained dirt roads.
